This program provides a practical framework for navigating workplace conflict through self-representation. Led by human rights lawyer Andrea Tokaji, the course guides participants through understanding their legal rights under the Fair Work Act and other federal laws. You will learn how to interpret workplace policies, engage professionally with Human Resources, and prepare formal advocacy documents to support your case. The curriculum focuses on empowering individuals with technical knowledge and strategic communication skills to resolve disputes effectively while highlighting when professional consultation is necessary.
