Implementing the new WA Work Health Safety Laws

Has your business or company considered the implementation of the new Work Health Safety Laws in WA into your policies and procedures?

Andrea Consults will be holding a legal lecture on these new provisions, the changes, and how they may affect you!

We will be discussing national standards also.

The 'Occupational Safety and Health Act' was first introduced in 1984 and has been supported by other legislation around specific health and safety measures related to mines and petroleum.

The Work Health and Safety Act 2020 has replaced all of these and bring WA workplaces under a single Work Health Safety Act from March 2022.

The WHS Act and accompanying regulations came into effect on 31 March 2022. Download the Act Download the regulations
